Solo includes 5 new claims a month and Firm includes 10. Plan claims reset when your next payment goes through and do not carry over. Recalculating a claim is always free; changing its business name or date of loss is free up to 2 times. Pay-per-claim credits are used after your plan's claims and are valid for 12 months from purchase.

- How much does BIClaimPro cost? A pay-per-claim credit is $259, and your first 2 claims are free. Solo is $899 a month for 5 new claims and 1 user. Firm is $1,699 a month for 10 new claims and up to 3 users.
- Is there a free trial? Yes. New accounts get 2 free claims, valid for 30 days. No card is needed.
- Do I need a subscription? No. You can pay per claim, only when you need one. Solo and Firm are monthly plans for steady use.
- Do pay-per-claim credits expire? Yes. Each pay-per-claim credit is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Your account menu shows the date from 30 days before.
- What about teams or enterprise? Firm includes up to 3 users. For more users or high volume, email support@biclaimpro.com.
